Organic starter formula with goat’s milk is suitable from birth; when the baby is not being breastfed; or in addition to breastfeeding. Long-term studies have shown that goat’s milk infant formula provides a good, safe and interesting alternative to cow’s milk infant formula. It contains a high proportion of medium-chain and polyunsaturated fatty acids that are important for human nutrition. And the special composition of goat’s milk protein makes it easy to digest. The organic goat’s starter milk has similar proteins to cow’s milk and should therefore not be used for children with cow’s milk protein allergies. Produced in line with the most recent nutritional knowledge, the organic goat’s starter milk complies with the highest quality standards and contains all the important nutrients for the first months.
Töpfer organic starter milk with goat’s milk has similar proteins to cow’s milk and should therefore not be used for children with (suspected) cow’s milk protein allergies.
Breastfeeding is always best for your baby, as mother’s milk provides all the nutrients that your child needs for healthy development. If you want to use infant formula, consult your paediatrician or your medical centre.
Do not give the baby the bottle to use as a pacifier or to suck on constantly. Regular or ongoing contact with foods that contain carbohydrates can cause serious caries result in damage to teeth. So once the baby doesn’t want any more, the bottle should be taken away.
