Product description

Lactopriv is a milk-free special food that was developed for the dietary treatment of lactase deficiency, galactosaemia and fructose intolerance. It does not contain any of the following: cow protein, gluten, lactose (milk sugar), sucrose, galactose or fructose. These components are replaced with high quality soya proteins, vegetable oils and easily digestible carbohydrates. Lactopriv can be used from birth as sole source of nutrition.


Lactopriv should be not be used until after the 6th month for babies with cow’s milk protein allergies. Lactopriv should not be used for babies who have soya protein allergies.

Important notice

Consult a doctor before using Lactopriv! Breastfeeding is the best nutrition for your baby. If you want to use a special food, consult your paediatrician or your medical centre.
Lactopriv should not be used for babies who have soya protein allergies. Lactopriv should be not be used until after the 6th month for babies with cow’s milk protein allergies! Lactopriv is suitable for sole nutrition of infants from birth.
Do not give the baby the bottle to use as a pacifier or to suck on constantly. As Lactopriv contains carbohydrates such as maltodextrin. Regular or ongoing contact with foods or liquids that contain carbohydrates can cause serious caries resulting in damage to teeth. So once the baby doesn’t want any more, the bottle should be taken away.

Preparation

1. Boil the drinking water needed and leave to cool to about 50°C.
2. Put half of the water in the bottle - before use ensure the bottle and teat have been cleaned in boiling water.
3. Pour the required amount of powder in the bottle with the measuring spoon. Ensure that the measuring spoon is always level.
4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously. Fill with remaining water and then shake vigorously again.
5. Allow the contents of the bottle to cool to drinking temperature. Check temperature before giving to the baby!

vitamin C, inositol, sodium chloride, L-Methionin, taurine, L-Tryptophan, zinc sulphate, iron lactate, L-Carnitin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, vitamin B2, vitamin A, manganese sulphate, copper sulphate, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, potassium iodate, vitamin K, folic acid, biotin, vitamin D, sodium selenate, vitamin B12.
